This is a blog post.

I hardly did a thing today, certainly nothing worth waxing philosophical about though I've found myself wanting to write more. It feels like I'm getting my voice back, which means there will be no shutting me up soon.

Anywho, the only thing I did accomplish was reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower. All of it. In less than a day. I don't know why, but my reading speed has gotten so much faster now that I'm reading for leisure and not because a professor assigned it to me. Not sure if I should be proud or pissed.

Anyway, I have an exhausting two days ahead of me so I better get some rest. Catch ya on the flipside.

7 Minutes to Midnight

What do you know, I made it three days. Still no idea what I'm doing here, though. I should probably get on that, huh?

Tomorrow. Today, I helped to move a shed from one side of my backyard to the other. (It's a long story. I'll make a mental note to explain it sometime soon.) I'm exhausted. I don't even think I have the energy to read a bit of the new books I got today--The Perks of Being A Wallflower, and the Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy--once I finish this.

But at least I made some progress with this "blogging" thing, right? (Yeah, didn't think so. Oh well...)

A sign from Wonderland?

Maybe I'm headed in the right direction with this blog... Alice in Wonderland (the animated version) was on today, and I haven't seen it in a long time. At least, that's how it feels. I read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland in college and considered re-reading it--for fun this time--not too long ago. One of my first college papers was written about the book and one of my last papers was as well. Y'know... just in case any of you were wondering where I got the inspiration for the blog title.

I know I should probably write a bit more, but I'm unusually tired tonight so the intrigue will just have to continue. At least... I assume there would be intrigue if anyone even knew this blog existed. *shrug*

Introduction to Blogging... Again

I've lost count of how many times I've tried to start a blog. I go into it trying to make myself write one post each day, and it never seems to make it past a few days. I'm lucky if I make it to Day Two.

It's strange, really. I love to write, and if there's one thing I'm not lacking--ever--it's something to say. So why can't I seem to keep a blog maintained?

Maybe it's the name. Hmm.

We'll see how this goes...
